The company emphasizes that James Hope, who is known to the general public for his work for General Motors, had his hand in the creation of Tiggo 3.
The car received an original front end with a new radiator grill, giving the crossover dynamism, and updated head optics with LED fog lights, which are almost impossible to find on cars in this price group. The car will be offered with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine capable of developing 126 hp. with a maximum torque of 160 Nm. The motor complies with the Euro-5 environmental standards and allows you to consume a little more than 6.5 liters for every 100 km of track. The power plant will be aggregated with a new 5-band mechanics, developed jointly with German engineers and equipped with three-cone synchronizers for first and second gear.
The crossover's suspension is represented by an independent double wishbone at the rear and classic McPherson struts at the front.
Chery emphasizes that the interior of the new Tiggo 3 is primarily focused on passenger comfort, which is facilitated by a comfortable fit, the presence of a large number of boxes and niches for small things, as well as a complete package of electrical equipment.
