Ukravtoprom presented data for the last 2012 year. And their number was only 69,700 - this is how many cars were produced from the Ukrainian automobile conveyor.

Now, in more detail about the number on the world stage. OICA - The World Association of Automobile Manufacturers has provided its statistics, which are impressive in their magnitude. This figure in the world was more than 63 million vehicles in 2012. The share of Ukraine in which was only 0.1%. It is deplorable, but what can you do, despite such cheap Ukrainian cars, nobody wants to buy them. Many Ukrainians consider it best to add a couple of thousand dollars and buy a supported foreign car. After all, even a second-hand "foreign car" will give more driving pleasure, more comfort and much more.

Now it is very interesting to find out who was in the lead in this figure for the production of cars. And the first two places were taken by: China with its 15 and a half million cars (10.7%), followed by Japan - 14 million (9.66%). In total, the regions of the Asia-Pacific countries were in the lead, as you understand, they covered a total figure of 35.1 million of all produced cars in the world, this is 56%. In Europe, the situation in 2012 gave the following results - 17.3 million cars in total were produced by automobile plants in Germany, Russia and France.

Quite good results were shown by American manufacturers, mainly by North America. She produced approximately seven million vehicles. South America has only 3.2 million cars. If you look at the countries of America, then most of all cars were produced in the USA and Brazil.
Even in poor Africa more cars were made than in Ukraine - 380,000 units. The city of Morocco became the leader of the country.

If you go deeper in Ukraine for five years, then this figure was 400,000 per year. Obviously, the "ardent" Ukrainian crisis of 2008, which "buried" the domestic producer, gave its traces and consequences. And we can only hope for his recovery and improvement, maybe he will still be lit up with interesting automotive innovations and the number of cars produced and sold per year all over the world.
